I have very good experience in dealing with Nitin. Booked 2 tickets for India on charter flights.The way Nitin help and guided in arranging all documents was remarkable.Due to COVID 19 restrictions lot of formalities need to be done prior to flying in which Nitin help us a lot. My parents didn’t suffer a bit as there documents were so well prepared. They told many other families were struggling with this COVID checking but thanks to Nitin who did remarkable job. Will definitely recommend them 100%.

It was a great experience. We were well looked after from the beginning till we landed. Dealing was of high quality and great professionalism was displayed by Mr. Nitin. My wife and son did not have approval to leave the country and I came to know that a night before my flight, I rang Nitin and and told him that my wife and my son does not have exemption to travel ABF refused it 2 times then he lodged the request on my behalf 3rd time and our request got approved. He arranged every single document for us, till we arrive delhi we had no problem regarding our documentation. I highly recommend Nitin, he is a true gentleman, he treats his clients as a family member and do try to help them genuinely so so much, I am going to be his life time client, we are so impressed with his service, and I really thank him from the core of my heart, other wise we couldn't have made it to India this time. Amazing service & quick response!! Nitin was very professional from day one I contacted Interglobe Travels. He had supported us in every step and kept us informed at each stage with all the documents required especially during these Covid times when flights needs lot of information, forms to be filled from passengers traveling. What a great experience working with Nitin. We were looking for return flights for our parents and wanted a reliable travel company. Talking to Nitin was very comforting as he assured us there won’t be any cancellations or issues. He was right about it. As soon as we confirmed, he was diligently following up with me regarding the new COVID guidelines. Connecting to him was as easy as sending a WhatsApp message. He got each and every document ready for us and applied for exemptions on our behalf. The domestic connectivity from Delhi to Ranchi was also very smooth and not even once there was an issue on any documentation. Most recommended.
